eNEWSLETTER

In order to receive any newsletter from Our Sites we will ask you for your name, your email address and at times some additional information. The only required information we will need is a legitimate and valid email address. All the information you provide, including your email address, will not be sold, rented or disclosed in anyway to any third party. If you would like to unsubscribe to any or all of the eNewsletters you signed up to receive created by us from Our Sites, please click on the link at the bottom of the eNewsletter or email unsubscribe@coachingcircles.com with the email address which received the eNewsletter and write "Unsubscribe" in the subject heading of the email.

COACHING

In order to receive assistance in finding a coach, we will ask you for some information including your phone number. We will give your phone number and any additional information you submit to us to a coach who has agreed to a lengthy agreement which includes a very strict confidentiality clause. All of the coaches we refer to you will have agreed to these terms. Once you start an engagement with the coach, you are then under the privacy policy of the coach. If you are concerned about the confidentiality and privacy policy of the coach, you should always inquire and/or feel free to contact us if you have any questions or concerns about your coach.

MEMBERSHIP

In order to post comments to Our Sites we ask that you become a member. You can choose which level of membership you wish. For all memberships we will ask for a minimum of your name and valid email address. For membership levels which require a purchase, we will ask for your credit card information. At no time will be divulge your email address, credit card or any other personal information to any third party.

PURCHASE OF PRODUCTS OR SERVICES

In order to receive products or services from Our Sites we will ask for some information including your contact information and your credit card information. All the information you provide, including your credit card, contact information and email address, will not be sold, rented or disclosed in anyway to any third party.

Please note however, that we link out to other peoples' websites for products and services to purchase such as Amazon.com, iAmplify.com, etc. Their privacy policies are not ours, so please be aware of when you are linking out. If you feel as though your information has been compromised at all by any third party we link out to for purchases or information, let us know right away. We always try to work only with reputable third parties. We will take the proper steps if we hear that these third parties are not treating your information with respect.
