Janice Gjertsen Caillet Janice Gjertsen Caillet
CEO & Chief Catalyst

Janice is a leader and a pioneer in the new media industries; in 80's with video walls, early 90's with CD-ROM's and starting in 1994 with the Internet. She was on the founding leadership team of Total New York; one of the first city-based websites. Total New York which was sold to Digital City and then to AOL. While on the Business Development team at AOL Janice found her life purpose:

"To be a bridge connecting people together or connecting people with opportunities"

In May 1999, Janice left AOL to build a company that was aligned with her purpose. She found coaching to be one of the most amazing industries since the Internet and the combination of the two might actually catalyze a huge positive change in this world. With this possibility, Janice started CoachingCircles.
