In the course of my work in career development and business and executive coaching, I have helped my clients achieve strategies to balance personal and professional time, deal with stress and continue to develop personally. I have given lectures on these topics to students at the Boston University School of Business and various CEO groups. I have published articles in the Boston Business Journal, the Wall Street Journal Business Week and other newspapers and periodicals.

I provided seminars and individual support to managers and executives in transition. Principle clients were Digital Computer and Stratus Computer. Client load averaged 100-150/year. Helped over 84 individuals establish businesses by purchase, start up or franchise.

I sold the outplacement and career management services provided by the firm. I also carried a client load consisting of Directors and Senior Executives averaging about 30-50 per year. I built the gross revenue from under $300K to over $5.5 million, established a new brand for the company, expanded the services, locations and geographic reach of the company to support national and international firms. I created a career management program for use by corporations for the development of their employees.
