Upon entering the coaching profession, I experienced one of my greater moments in life. From my diverse educational, vocational, and personal background, coaching has merged my life experiences like no other profession. I am particularly passionate about personal life skills, wellness, and creative arts/crafts coaching. There is a dynamic synergy in each coaching area that is strategically experienced by each client.
My own personal journey toward balancing everyday life with wellness a priority and creativity a vital source of joyful expression significantly enriches the client/coach relationship. As I journeyed for twenty years to solve my own manifold ’medical mysteries’, I entered a whole new adventure.
During the journey, I found my health progressively deteriorating for inexplicable reasons. The pain was continuous, and life was becoming a seemingly unsolvable mystery. Sharon came to a stop! I began to discover a whole new life of faith and hope. Every day became a brand new day filled with challenges and opportunities...and a deeper passion entering my life.
My new journey took me through a cascading list of infirmities, the shadows and secrets of childhood abuse, and the meandering maze of conventional and alternative medicine. As I look back on my odyssey to solve those medical mysteries, I was challenged to look at life’s horizon with a broader stroke one life forever changed by my faith, the impact of family on my physical, emotional, spiritual well being, and the healing miracle of forgiveness. Today, this deeper passion touches every aspect of my coaching skills. It is the foundation and reason I am a coach today with an enduring passion and confidence in my clients who are also on their own unique journey. I am honored and privileged to be their advocate toward seeking, reaching, and achieving their life goals and dreams. My own personal goals are:

- To be my husband’s life partner...enjoying together the opportunities and challenges life brings our way.
- To delight in seeing my lovely daughters experience life at its fullest...to offer friendship each day, counsel when asked, and my unconditional love throughout their lives.
