My speciality is working with baby boomers who know what to do to have a healthy lifestyle but aren’t doing it. Iam looking for people who have failed repeatedly to find consistent, enjoyable exercise; don’t know how to sustain a way of eating that is nutritious for the body and spirit, or don’t have enough time/energy, to take care ofthemselves.
My strategies include discovering new perspectives, removing barriers to exercising in a unique and inspired ways and using choice and wisdom, instead of judgment, as a guide to how you eat. |
