Statement: |
I believe that life brings many demands and pressures and that these can often diminish the natural talents resonating deep inside every leader. When our talents are hiding, we do not perform to our greatest potential. My coaching approach helps my clients remember what it is they love to do, what it is that will help them bring a freshness to their work. I help leaders create ways to excel-whether it is to help them manage new roles and responsibilities, or to create team strength by helping leaders identify goals and development opportunities for their business and the members of their team.
I am interested in helping leaders see their thinking, so they can push past self-imposed limitations and reveal their authentic voice in team meetings, conversations, and public forums. I help them tap into their vision and values and develop a leadership presence. My approach tackles not only pragmatic and tactical issues that face leaders today, but also the longer term goals the leader wishes to achieve. I am optimistic and bring a freshness that helps a leader get a jump on making his or her vision come alive. Part of my coaching approach can include 360 interview assessments and feedback, as appropriate. |

| Field Experience: |
I have worked with clients in various companies like Capital One, IBM - Global Services, Urban Forestry, and other areas. My clients have all been successful in reaching their goals from facing the fear of public speaking, making a major job change, finding that balance between work and home life, finding strength and courage for going through a divorce and opening and seeing differenct ways of a situation so that they client can now move forward.
General Client Description
Even though I have mainly have had clients in organizations, the majority of my clients wanted help with life balance, not feeling fulfilled, fears that kept them from not moving forward, and lack of confidence and belief in themselves. I have also coached college students who were primarily only responsible for themselves to managers with a great deal of responsibilities.

Client Preference
