Statement: |
I have extensive experience helping professionals, and especially high potentials, in many aspects of professional development. I've worked with people from a range of industries, but the majority have come from professional services firms, or have been entrepreneurs. They have also worked in diverse locations in the U.S. and EMEA. Some coaching has been supported by companies; other relationships have been independent of corporate programs.
My coaching has included a combination of assessment, self-reflection, planning for behavior change, and accountability for personal improvement. My style is to be provocative yet supportive. My objective is to shed new perspectives on current situations and to open up new avenues and opportunities for the people I coach. Change is the outcome. The process requires hard work but is also fun.
I have helped many individuals understand and improve their communications, their leadership behavior and their abilty to use specific skills/techniques (e.g., goal setting, team building) to be more effective or successful. |
