Coaches working in corporate settings learn both executive coaching and human systems coaching. Part I entered the coaching profession to professionals can learn how to sustain resilience, future vision, and renewal within themselves and the environments in which they live and work.

Participants learn how to promote resilience optimal performance, and imaginative scenarios through the coaching relationship.
