Statement: |
By revealing the invisible patterns in their organizations, Linda has shown hundreds of executives how to successfully drive organizational performance. She has over three decades of business experience. Linda spent 14 years in large global corporations working in almost every function in the company: sales, development, product management, marketing, etc. She then earned her PhD in Human and Organization Systems.
Most recently, in 15 years of consulting work, she has worked with organizations to achieve performance outcomes such as:saving millions of dollars in inventory costs, turning a cost center to a profit center and reducing time to market for new products. And, she raised two teenagers as a single mom and lived to tell the tale!
Culture, that 800 pound Gorilla in your organization, has a significant impact on your organization's result. As a leader, it's your job to tame that Gorilla. Since culture is largely invisible, that's a tough challenge. My job is to make the invisible visible and help you tame your Gorilla to improve organizational performance.

Reviews |
| "Every bit of Linda's advice has proven to be both practical and useful. She looks strategically at what will make our company more successful, challenges me and my team to stretch even when we don’t want to, and works side-by-side with us to implement the necessary changes." |

Vice President,
P.M. |
 |
| "Linda led us thru a process that resulted in the school being in its best condition EVER in its eight year history. We ended with a fundamentally new perspective and position - system wide. We had a team that was working together, functionally, with common purpose, and leadership that was capable, accountable, and agreed upon. Our Board had a clear understanding of how to lead; and much more importantly, how NOT to lead. We had moved the vast majority of the dysfunction out of the system, and critically, had a new mindset around our future, and how we could thrive rather than just survive." |

Board Chair,
