PERSONAL MESSAGE FROM LAUREN
Transformational change lives inside each one of us. Our own minds, our emotions, our habits are the places where radical evolution is possible. So the focus of my coaching is to “Know Thyself.” This Intrapersonal Intelligence, or Self Smarts, has the most leverage for powerful impact on both my clients and those around them.
With both individuals and teams, I support people in unlearning the self-imposed limits of the past, in defining their desired outcomes, and in taking bold action to achieve their ideals. My particular expertise is uncovering the assumptions and the habits of thought that we can get caught in but that don’t help us.
I engage with my clients about their commitments, their relationships, their opportunities, their actions, their results—both in their role as organizational leader and in their broader personal lives. I want my clients to have lives and careers that are satisfying, enjoyable, and more fun than they can stand.

ABOUT LAUREN
Lauren Powers, a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) and a Master Certified Coach (MCC), supports people in uncovering their “Self Smarts” so they can choose how they interpret information, how they react to other people, and how to own their thinking instead of letting it own them.
She travels the world speaking and consulting with her Fortune 500 clients on "Self Smarts” and is also a senior faculty member with the international Coaches Training Institute. Powers’ client list includes some of the most respected companies in the world: Marriott Hotels, IBM, Royal Bank of Scotland, CSC, Verizon, BP, ING, and Johnson & Johnson. |
