Racing faster and faster on a treadmill to nowhere, many of the high achievers that I work with have achieved every goal they ever set and show up on my doorstep with a plaintive, "Is that all there is?"

Having bought the culture's frenzied goal-driven definition of success, like I did for many years, they have chosen a near-life experience which is deplete of joy and meaning. Like most of them, I have experienced both the frustrations of being boxed into a life that didn't work and the clarity of what could be.

After 20 years as a successful manager, I chose to reclaim my own life, and in the process of writing four books and working with many executives 1:1, I discovered a remarkable and unique process for helping them (and me) find the way "home." Leadership Breakthrough combines the deeply personal with the grounded and practical in helping people discover how much more there is to life and to each of them.

This work is characterized by exponential new capacity in producing rewarding results while experiencing unabated joy and a newly discovered ease with life and work. By identifying leverage points, minor adjustments make major differences in the level of peace, passion and purpose they bring to the chaos of daily life. And, it is a choice we make in every moment--a choice to be truly alive.

Following an extended 1:1 retreat, I often find I sit and shed tears of joy, feeling like I have been the midwife in the birthing of a new life for my client. What a privilege it is for me to do this work.
