In corporate coaching, at times, I use assessmenttools to determine strengths and weaknesses. I think it is essentialfor those who work within corporate settings to have a firm graspof team work and comfort with a competitive nature (or the lackthereof which presents a problem in such settings). The focus is primarily on leadership and group dynamics,but I have never done executive coaching that did not also cometo involve personal and family issues. Both can be dealt withsmoothly and result in a stronger and more well rounded executive. |
