John works with both profit and nonprofit organizations assisting them in gaining clarity about their purpose, creating a compelling vision for the realization of this purpose plus developing a strategic plan with measurable goals and objectives to assist them in manifesting their shared vision. John’s work with organizations often involves working with the key leadership in the organization in order to maximize their effectiveness and keeping them focused on what is most important.

John’s work with organizations often involves healing rifts that have occurred over time, increasing the effectiveness of communication and releasing blocked energy so that it might once again flow in support of achieving the organization’s ideals. Working with spiritual groups is one of his specialties.Although his religious home is in the Christian tradition, he is also an initiate in the Sufi Order which honors and respects all of the world’s spiritual traditions.He also brings a unique spiritual dimension to his work. His greatest passion in life is to weave the openhearted call of his spiritual life into his work with individuals, families and organizations.
