I have 20 years of experience in the corporate, entrepreneurial and academic worlds. I have been a Director of HR for Charles of the Ritz, run a public relations agency and taught college level business courses. In my entrepreneurial phase, I launched and ran a successful search firm specializing in placing HR professionals. This breadth of real world experience enables me to identify with the wide spectrum of struggles and career issues that my clients present.
