    Coach's Statement:

Executive coaching brings together my business skills and experience as well as my coach training and acumen. My coaching style is empathic, pragmatic, down-to-earth, structured, action-oriented, and focused. When the need arises, I will be directive, but my natural style is nondirective.

I believe that my clients often know the answers but use the coaching process to name them and put them into practice. I often use assessments to provide more input when it’s appropriate and fits the need or the overal coaching goals. As needed, I am an impartial, confidential sounding board. Clients describe me as professional and results-oriented; maintaining high integrity; being reliable, trustworthy, supportive, caring, intuitive, enthusiastic, and positive; a good listener who really enjoys working one-to-one.

My favourite clients are those who are looking to achieve results while enjoying the process. They are open to suggestions and are keen to move ahead. Ideally, they have a sense of humour and are open and honest with themselves and others.
