With a personal mission to continuously develop myself while nurturing the unfolding of possibility in others, I am committed to partnering with my clients in the discovery of pathways to business and personal mastery. As an executive and corporate coach, and an organization effectiveness consultant, I have over twenty years of broad-based people and systems development experience. I integrate change management/systems thinking models with a soundcoaching methodology.

As a facilitator, I use my knowledge and experience to implement client-focused outcomes, help build team cohesiveness, and exploit the development of individual capabilities at all organizational levels. I believe my astute listening skills coupled with my years of applied experience in behavioral science sserve my well as I gain the trust of clients to shift paradigms, reframe assumptions and move through openings to their next level of productivity and effectiveness.

Long-term projects for corporate clients may include using 360feedback with individual coaching of results. I charge a projectrate of $1000 a month and a separate fee for the assessment.

Group coaching fee: $150 month - 2 sessions, minimum of 8 people.
