I take a holistic approach to coaching. We work together in four domains - the mind, the heart, the body and the spirit (meaning making). I use creative techniques to access both the rational and intuitive to coach you to meet your desired goals.
With teams, we use experiential learning events to bring the whole person into the learning process. It is fun and impactful and cuts through the veneer of politeness often found in dysfunctional teams. Teams engage in honest and productive conversations that allow for trust and breakthrough thinking and performance.
